The backbone of the Dutch genomics community is formed by the 16 NGI Genomics Centres – this is where the work is done.

The DNA Labs on the Road establish a bridge between education and the latest scientific insights. In the six labs, pupils carry out practical experiments using advanced technologies that are not available at schools.
Can we apply genomics to address a tangible problem in developing countries? That is the starting point of the Imagine... project, a Kluyver Centre initiative.

De voorjaarsoverleggen staan in het teken van de verantwoording over het jaar 2011. Ieder Genomics Centre dient per 1 april 2012 een inhoudelijke en een financiële rapportage in. Van alle zestien Genomics Centres wordt daarnaast verwacht dat zij een NGI output tabel invullen. Deze output tabel wordt ook gebruikt voor het NGI jaarverslag.Voor de vier Boostergrants geldt dat zij per 15 mei 2012 dezelfde rapportages aanleveren bij hegge@genomics.nl, de gesprekken vinden eind juni plaats.
