The Netherlands Toxicogenomics Centre (NTC) announced that through its research partnership with Genedata, Genedata will become a contributing member of NTC.
Genedata is one of the world’s leading providers of advanced software solutions for drug discovery and life science research. Currently, Genedata and NTC are working on carcinogenomics initiatives that are focused on relevant mechanism-based in vitro tests for carcinogenicity based on transcriptomics (mRNA and miRNA) for several classes of genotoxicants, carcinogens and controls in human HepG2 cells and mouse primary hepatocytes.
