The Kluyver Centre for Genomics of Industrial Fermentation is one of the 12 international research institutes that on 19 May in Lisbon founded the Global Biorenewables Research Society (GBR Society) .
The GBR Society is an international collaboration of scientists, representing various continents, active in the fields of agriculture, biology, economy and process technology. The network wishes to functions as an independent advisory body for individual governments on the subject of bio-economics.
