With its valorisation programmes, NGI is already giving starters a firm helping hand. A partnership with yels.net, the network for young entrepreneurs in the Life Sciences, is thus a logical next step. The first product of the partnership was combining the finals of the NGI Venture Challenge and the yels.net summer event into a large network event that took place at Nyenrode University on 18 June.
Winner of the NGI Venture Challenge Award (€ 25000) was FarmaScreen, a company that makes biochips for high throughput tox screening.
