The Netherlands has a key role to play in the development systems biology and the introduction of the Netherlands Consortium for Systems Biology (NCSB) represent the start of an exciting new era in Dutch science.
With an NGI budget of € 30 million, NCSB creates a unique synergy between the strong and economically important biomedical and biotechnological research fields.
The official kick-off symposium 'Tracing Life's Circuity' takes place on October 15 & 16, 2009.
